General Shipping Information
It is our standard procedure to ship parcels via Standard Federal Express NEXT DAY service. If your organization has a Federal Express Number, or that of another carrier, please provide ICL with that information to expedite the shipping of your product. For those who do not have a Federal Express Number, ICL will use our own number and include that charge onto your invoice. Insurance for the value of that order will be included in your shipment and can affect the shipping charges.
There is a $20.00 processing fee for all shipments made by Immunology Consultants Laboratory. International orders can incur further shipping and handling fees which are not imposed by Immunology Consultants Laboratory. It will be the responsibility of the customer to assume those charges.
ICL is able to accept orders using VISA and MASTERCARD, along with Company Checks. Payment is due within 30 days of order placement.
