Procedure	Goats were immunized with highly purified rat IgG isolated from normal pooled rat serum. Antiserum was collected and solid phase absorbed vs. normal mouse. The anti-Rat IgG was then affinity purified off a Rat IgG containing immunoabsorbent.
Specification	The anti-rat IgG reacts with IgG and the Fab and Fc fragments of IgG by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques. It also reacts with both Kappa and Lambda light chains. There is minimal reactivity with mouse.
