Procedure	Rabbits were immunized with normal bovine IgG. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant the rabbits were bled and serum collected. The resulting anti-IgG was immunoaffinity purified off an antigen containing immunoabsorbant and solid phase absorbed vs. mouse IgG.
Specification	This antiserum forms a precipitin band against IgG in normal bovine serum by immunoelectrophoresis. It forms a band against IgG1 and IgG2 as well as Fab and Fc fragments but will not react with Mouse IgG.
