Procedure	Goats were immunized with highly purified guinea pig IgG2 in Freunds adjuvant. The resulting antiserum was sequentially absorbed with an IgG1 immunoabsorbants until it was IgG2 specific. The anti-Guinea Pig IgG2 was then immunoaffinity purified and tested for monospecificity.
Specification	The anti IgG1 only reacts with IgG1 by IEP and gel diffusion analysis when tested against each of the guinea pig IgG subclasses at 1.0 mg/ml.
