Procedure	Goats were immunized with Dog IgA. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant the Goats were bled and serum collected. The resulting antiserum was solid phase absorbed to ensure specificity. The anti-IgA was then isolated off an antigen containing immunoabsorbant.
Specification	This antibody forms a single precipitin arc against IgA in normal Dog serum and a purified Dog IgA by immunoelectrophoresis. There is no reaction against purified Dog IgG or IgM.
