Procedure	Rabbits were immunized multiple times with whole SP2/0 cells followed with lysed SP2/0 cells. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, serum was collected. Antibodies were solid phase absorbed with human IgG then immunoaffinity purified using a SP2/0 column. Antibody concentration was determined by extinction coefficient : O.D. 1.4 at 280nM equals 1.0 mg
Specification	ELISA: Antibody specificity was verified by ELISA against wells sensitized with containing 10ug/ml of antigen. A 1:5,000 dilution of the antibody gave an O.D.=1.0 in a 15 minute reaction using ICL, Inc HRPO conjugated Donkey anti-rabbit (IgG) at 1:15,000 and TMB as the substrate. Appropriate specificity controls were run.
