Procedure	Chickens were immunized with highly purified pooled normal human IgM. After immunizations with complete Freund's adjuvant the eggs were collected and an IgY fraction was prepared. The resulting fraction was solid phase absorbed to and the anti-Human IgM was immunoaffinity purified off an IgM immunoabsorbant.
